After the time of the program has counted down to 0:00, the program will enter a 1 minute recovery mode.
Recovery Function
In the recovery mode, the “UP”,”DOWN”,”START” buttons have no function.
Distance display shows rEC (Recovery) and the time display counts down for 60 seconds. After time counts
down to 0, Speed display will show user’s score “Fx.x “(For example F6.0 as below graphic shown). Record that
score on user’s manual training chart.
