9.3.1 Changing oil in gearbox
The instructions manual of the gearbox is delivered separately attached
to this realax manual.
Some models of gearbox are lubricated for life, other models of gear
reducers require regular maintenance according to the instructions
manual of the gear reducer manufacturer.
In case of doubt, please contact the gearbox manufacturer or their
authorised distributor in your country.
9.4 Exchanging the pump hose
9.4.1 Dismantling
Close off all valves, in order to prevent leakage of the feed liquid.
1. Dismantle the pipes from both discharge and suction sides.
2. Remove the front cover.
Front covers of ISI Series can be removed manually (< 3 kg).
3. Remove the roller incl. roller support (the roller that is not touching
the hose). Check the roller. Ensure that the roller surfaces are not
damaged. Otherwise, please substitute the roller.
