Playing Discs
Viewing JPEG files
This DVD Player can play discs with JPEG files on it.
You can use the DVD Player to show the pictures in a
slide show format.
Slide Show
The slide show feature displays pictures (JPEG files) in
the order you have them on the disc, beginning with
the picture you select from the file list.
1. Insert the disc into the player. A file list is
displayed. Use the arrow buttons on the remote to
highlight a JPEG file from the list. Press OK to
select it (the Speed Selection menu appears).
2. Use the up or down arrow buttons on the remote
to highlight how fast you want the slide show to
play.
3. Press OK (the slide show begins). The pictures will
be displayed in a continuous loop.
4. If the picture appears upside down or sideways,
press the ANGLE button until it’s right side up.
5. To magnify the picture, press the ZOOM button. To
zoom in, press the CH+ button on the remote.
Each time you press CH+, the player zooms in
closer. To zoom out, press the CH- button.
To see other parts of the picture when it’s
magnified, press the up, down, left, and/or right
buttons.
6. To see the picture at its regular size, continue
pressing the ZOOM button until the picture is at
the original size again.
7. To stop the slide show, press the STOP button.
During the slide show, press INFO to display the file
list. You can select a different picture.
Note: Some JPEG files might be too large to be displayed, or
a large file is blocking the player from displaying all the
other JPEG files on the disc. Remove the larger files and
insert the disc again. Files should be less than 2 megabytes.
When you select a JPEG file, the Speed
Selection menu appears.
