Maintenance
Check the fluid levels more frequently than the recom mend ed
periods if leaking is suspected or ob served, until the problem
may be corrected.
• Apply lubricant to the grease fitting in the pivot pin (4)
at the base of the floating attachment plate.
• Apply lubricant to the grease fitting in the pivot pin (3)
at the end of the loader arm
• Apply lubricant to the grease fitting for the rod end (1)
of the roll cylinder.
• Apply lubricant to the grease fitting for the body end
(2) of the roll cylinder.
• Apply lubricant to the grease fittings at the rod end (6)
of both lift cylinders.
• Apply lubricant to the grease fittings at the body end
(5) of both lift cylinders.
Loader Lock Bar
When working on the loader arms or mower head it is
good practice to lock the loader in the upper position.
The lock bar is located inside the right rear engine
compartment door.
Lift loader arms in the upmost position and insert lock bar
in the extended cylinder, and use supplied bolt and knob
to secure it in place.
Attachment Handle Lock
The Attachment Handle Lock (7) ensures the operator that
the attachment on the front of the C120R is latched onto the
loader attachment plate. The attachment plate also has two
locations for bolts (8) to secure attachments. It is good practice
to use all locks and hardware to secure the attachments due
to the severe stress that is applied to the machine.
Note: Check all hardware and attachment points for wear
and proper placement daily.
NOTE:
ASSEMBLY (1) BRACKET WITH 1/2-13 BOLT, LOCK WASHER AND JAM NUT.

CLOSE LEVERS ON ATTACHMENT PLATE.
2.
"SANDWICH LEVERS BETWEEN ANGLES.
3.
ATTACH SECOND BRACKET WITH 1/2-13 NUT AND LOCK WASHER.
