Accessing the Engine Enclosure
The engine is accessible through the engine enclosure door
(1). There is a door on each side of the C120R.
Air Cleaner - Check/Replace
The engine air filter is located above the radiator at the rear
of the machine (2). To access the radiator and the air filter
the winch (3) needs to swing away from the machine. To do
this simply remove the pin (4) and pull the handle (5) and
swing open the radiator screen to gain access.
To to remove to filter cartridge, release the three clips (6).
The cover will then be free.
To remove the outer filter, pull on the filter and it will come out.
To remove the inner filter, pull on the filter and it will come out
Completely inspect the cleanliness of both filters. If they
are slightly dirty they may be cleaned by lightly tapping on a
hard surface. Replace at stated intervals or when needed.

Air Cleaner - Ejector Valve
Discharge the rubber dust ejector valve (7) to clean out any
trapped contaminates.
