Accessing the Hydraulic Pumps
The hydraulic pumps and valves are located under the cab.
They are accessible by lifting the cab with the on board
lifting system.
When operating the cab lift system be sure all tools, objects
and personnel are clear and cab has enough space to
rotate forward.
To access the cab lift control, open the left rear engine door,
and the yellow pendent (2) will be located on the door in
its holder.
The C120R does not require tools to lift the cab the pendent
controls do all the work. When operating, take note of the
light on the side of the pendent holder (2a). This indicates
when the cab pins are in locked position and correspond
with the operator control panel(2b).
The upper white button raises the cab and the lower black
button lowers the cab.
Once the cab has been fully raised, insert the safety bar (4)
to hold it in the raised position.
The cab tilt process may take some time as the cab lock pins
(1) and the hydraulic cylinder are working in conjunction.
After the cab is fully lowered back into operating position,
visually check that the cab pins (1) are in the outward locked
position. The green light on the pendent holder (2a) will
illuminate when pins are in locked position.
Note: To reduce wear and insure proper latching keep
cab pins lubricated and clean.
