Off: the system is working improperly.
Blinking green: the system is working properly.

C37.94 optical interfaces 1–4 status LED. In normal
operation conditions, the LED is green.
Red: ALM status. Red indicates LOS occurs on the
local optical interface or local signals are nor
synchronized; blinking red indicates remote LOS.
Green: SNYC status. Green indicates that local signals
have been synchronized.
Yellow: TST status. It is reserved.
