2.6 Backlight
The LCD display is equipped with a red LED backlight to
assist in reading the display under poor lighting conditions.
Pressing and holding the
[N/-]
key for one second in
normal operation can turn on this backlight. Pressing the
[N/-]
key a second time turns off the backlight.
Note:
The LED backlight consumes a higher amount of
energy from the battery and shortens the operating time of
the unit. Therefore, the backlight will automatically turn
off after 30 seconds.
