Play messages
Press #, then either 1, 2, or 3 for MAILBOX 1, 2, or 3
respectively.
Repeat a message
Press #, then 4 while the message is playing.
Press #, then 4 twice to replay the previous message.
Skip a message
Press #, then 6 while the message is playing.
Stop
Press #, then 5.
Save messages
Hang up.
Delete message
Press #, then 9 while the message is playing.
Review announcement
Press #, then 7. System plays the announcement, then
beeps.
Record announcement
Press
*
, then 7. After the beep, record your announcement.
Press #, then 5 to stop recording. The system plays back the
announcement.
Record memo
Press
*
, then 8, and then the mailbox number where you
want the memo recorded.
Press #, then 5 to stop recording.
End remote access call
Press
*
, then 0.
Turn the system off
Press #, then 0. The system announces, “Answering
machine off.”
Press #, then 0 again to turn the system back on.
Turn the system on.
When the system is off it answers after 10 rings and
announces, “Please enter your security code.”
Enter your remote security access code.

Ô
Once you’ve entered Remote Access mode, if
no key is pressed within 10 seconds, the
system will provide the pre-recorded voice
menu to help you. After the voice menu is
heard, if no key is pressed within 20 seconds,
the remote access call will automatically end.
