Assembly of the sliding rails
Safety advice
Before installation check...:
◆
...whether your door opener is suitable for the type of garage door and the
garage door height.
◆
...the required minimum distance of 5 cm between the ceiling and upper
edge of the door.
◆
...that the door is in a perfect mechanical state. The door must be smooth
running and be balanced.
Open the door approximately 1 m and let go of it. A balanced door should
remain stationary in this position. If not, have your door adjusted by a
specialist.

The door operation must not be hindered by incorrectly adjusted springs
or by incorrectly functioning door suspensions or door constructions.
Mounting materials: Group A
The sliding rails and the plug profiles are joined together in a line.

Insert a plug profile into a sliding rail and screw it tight.
Use a hexagon socket bit and the enclosed self-tapping
screws for this purpose.
You need the following tools:

Masonry drill bit Ø 10 mm

Metal drill bit Ø 9 mm

Metal drill bit Ø 3 mm

Stepladder
During installation there is a danger of injury due to the
unsecured door falling suddenly.
During the installation work, ensure that there are no persons in the swivelling
area of the garage door.
Avoid damage to the opener or the door.
Any existing door locking devices already fitted to the door may hinder the
correct functioning of the door and must therefore be removed.
Poor lighting will hinder installation and may result in
injury. Ensure that there is adequate lighting during the
installation work.
It is possible that during the installation work, you may not be able to open the
door for a short period of time.
