If the belt is to strong one of the wheels can be removed!
1)
Place the toothed belt over the tooth
wheel / pulley at the motor shaft
(wheel with axial guidings).
2)
For demounting of the tooth wheel /
pulley a threaded pin has to be re-
leased (SW2). Then the toothed
wheel can be drawn off the shaft.
3) As option the lower tooth wheel /
pulley can be released by loosening
the frontal screw.
4)
Place the tooth wheel / pulley with
the new belt on the corresponding
shaft.
5)
Attention: The key has to be posi-
tioned exactly.
Notice
!
For flush fitting of the toothed belt, the pulley disc on the motor shaft must
be aligned before final fixation (using threaded pin M4 = SW 2 for T6C4
or threaded pin M5 = SW 2.5 for T6C4-105 & T6C4-140)!
If the motor has a RACO position sensor of the type EPS, the positions are still stored even after belt
damage. There are two possible ways of aligning the switch position with the thrust-retraction tube
1
New parameters must be set for the position sensor type EPS after the toothed belt has
been replaced! (refer to the respective EPS operating instructions)
2
Move to the final position of the motor and then adjust the spindle to the respective position
by hand. Anti-clockwise direction of rotation = "Thrust tube extension"!
If you wants to keep the end positions, with are still stored in the EPS please drive the motor in one
end position and turn the screw in the same manually. Then put the belt to the wheels.
Direction of rotation: stroke out = anti clockwise wheel turn!
