Belt change
1)
Open belt drive housing
(remove cover).
2)
Remove defect belt.
3)
Put the new belt onto the tooth wheel
/pully at motor shaft (wheel with axial
guidings).
4)
Now put the new belt onto the second
wheel.
5)
Check alignment of the belt and adjust
pully on the motor shaft
6)
Close the belt drive housing
(mount the cover => sealing or flexible
glue to keep it tight).
Note:
For the alignment of the belt the fixing screw
(SW2) has to be adjusted!
Note!
The optimal belt tension is realized by the distance of both axes.
Note on "motor attachment provided by the customer"!
If electric cylinders are supplied as a thrust-retraction unit (i.e. without
motor) the specifications for the attachment elements must be agreed
with RACO. (motor type, reduction of the belt drive etc.)
