3.9.1 Non-stop hydraulic safety system (optional)

2 Hydraulic cylinder
A hydraulic cylinder (2) is located above each tine (1)
(3). The cylinders of all the tines are connected to the same
hydraulic circuit also including an accumulator and a manometer
to display the adjustment pressure of the circuit in real time.
Upon meeting an obstacle, when the pressure at the tip of the
tine exceeds the pressure in the hydraulic circuit, the tine is
raised, the oil from the cylinder is taken-up by the accumulator.
Once past the obstacle, the pressure at the tip of the tine
decreases, the accumulator releases the oil and the tine returns
to its position.
3.10 Deflector (optional)

Fitting deflectors on the outside of the front disc trains
prevents sideways projections. The discs of the rear gang can
then rework the entire volume of the soil worked by the front
gang and leave a well levelled surface.

This device limits ridging between two passes, in particular
when working at high speed.

3.11.1 Crumbling roller

The Ø 600 mm crumbling roller comprises 25 mm square solid
bars.

3.11.2 Double crumbing roller

The Ø 500 mm front roller comprises nine 25 mm square solid
bars.
The Ø 420 mm rear roller comprises nine 25 mm square solid
bars.

The front roller bears firmly on the ground.
∙
The rear roller is very aggressive on vegetation.

Pivot-mounted rollers to follow the contours of the ground.
∙
Rollers ensuring an excellent finish.
