3.7.1
Disc gang assembly
Two gangs of discs aligned at fixed angles of attack.
"DUO" disc assembly: two Roll"Coup (notched, flat profile Ø 630
mm, 7 mm thick) discs mounted on, an arm with a 40 m square
shaft, with safety spring and bearing protection.
The positioning of the discs leaves the ground perfectly levelled.
They give the implement good penetrability and thus the
versatility to adapt to all conditions.
3.7.2
Tine frame assembly
Two frames of aligned tines mounted on side frames.
Tine assembly: Tine attached to the frame. The working
depth of the tines can be adjusted by means of the hydraulic
parallelogram. This assembly ensures a better overlap and
optimisation of the work. Positioning the tines in this way ensures
perfect mixing.
3.7.3
Wheel assembly between discs and roller
The working depth is entirely controlled by the rear roller, the
undercarriage is only used for field headland manoeuvres and
for transporting on the road (for difficult work, use the wheels to
relieve the implement while working. In this case the wheels bear
on the ground).
When working, the implement is supported at the front by the
tractor and at the rear by the roller, ensuring a good transfer of
load to the tractor (better grip). The implement remains stable
and the working depth remains constant, even at high speed.
During transport, the location of the undercarriage between the
discs and the tines makes the implement compact, stable and
manoeuvrable.
