Partitions Summary
Create Ticket
Ticket
is a brief report of the problem encountered by the user that should be solved by ADIC Technical
Assistance Center (ATAC). After the ticket that describes the problem is created, the email notification is
sent to ATAC. The ATAC solution will allow the CE (customer engineer) to begin working toward a solution
of the problem. Information supplied to the ticket becomes a part of the ATAC Calls pane. Refer to
ATAC

on page 189.
Selecting the
Create Ticket
option activates the Ticket wizard.
