Horizontal sync pulse width must be even for
HDTV
The generator does not support horizontal sync pulse widths
(in pixels) that cannot be evenly divided by two (2) for
HDTV video types.
■
Make the sync pulse width (in pixels) evenly divisible
by 2.
■
Change the video signal type.

Horizontal pulse width too large
The generator does not support a horizontal sync pulse width
greater than the number of blanked pixels per horizontal
scan line.
■
Decrease the horizontal pulse width.
■
Increase the horizontal period (in pixels).
■
Decrease the number of active pixels per line.

Horizontal sync pulse delay must be even at
current pixel rate
The generator does not support horizontal sync pulse delay
(in pixels) that cannot be evenly divided by two (2) at the
given pixel rate.
■
Make the sync pulse width (in pixels) evenly divisible
by 2.

Decrease the pixel rate.

Horizontal pulse delay extends sync beyond
blanking
The generator does not support horizontal sync pulses with
any portion of the pulse occurring outside of the horizontal
blanking period.

Decrease the horizontal pulse width.
■
Decrease the horizontal pulse delay.
■
Increase the horizontal period (in pixels).
■
Decrease the number of active pixels per line.

Vertical total too small
There must be at least a total of 2 horizontal scan lines per
frame with non-interlaced mode.
■
Increase the vertical period so that it’s greater than 1
line.
