Archive Data allows the backup of IMOS system files (Libraries, Users, and Jobs data)

in case of lost or corrupt critical IMOS files due to pc failure or malfunction.

services within the Menu screen and

browse for a folder in the dialog box, press

Ok

once complete as shown below.

The USB key supplied with the machine plugged into the PC at

all times can also be used as the backup location allowing the

data to be stored remotely off the PC hard drive.

It is recommended to archive data on a regular basis.
