5.2 REMOVING THE INSERT HEAD COVERS
The Insert Head covers will need to be removed before installing any ancillaries and
connecting the IInsert Head to other module units.
In some cases where fixing screws are plainly visible, removal is self explanatory. In less
obvious cases, removal is described in this section.
Once installation is complete, including connections to other
modules, all covers must be replaced fully. Failure to do so can
present a potential hazard to the operator of the machine.
5.2.1 DRIVE SIDE COVER
1. Raise the Insert Head perspex top cover and remove the two screws on the
inside of the chassis (drive side) as shown in Figure 5.3.

2. Lower the operator side cover and pivot the sealer assembly forward.
3. Remove the screw on the inside of the chassis as shown in Figure 5.4.

NOTE:
The side cover may become loose at this point.
4. Drop the side cover down slightly to free the hooks on the lower edge, and
then lift the cover off the machine.
