5.3 ATTACHING THE MONITOR POST
For most part, the modules will come out of the box complete. However, the monitor
post will come supplied as loose items, and will need to be installed along with the
cables for the monitor.
1. First, fit the four M5 nyloc nuts onto the studs at the rear (drive side) of the
Insert Head chassis, but leave them loose.
2. Slot the monitor post onto the four studs and tighten the nyloc nuts to secure
the post as shown in Figure 5.9.

3. On the operator side, ensure the monitor post is level on the top surface of the
Insert Head; if not level, loosen the four nuts and adjust accordingly.
4. Ensure the nyloc nuts are fully tightened once complete.
5.3.1 ATTACHING THE MONITOR
1. Attach the monitor plate to the monitor post using the four M4 x 8mm
countersunk head screws as shown in Figure 5.10.

2. Then fit the four M4 x 12mm pan head screws to the back of the 22inch
monitor, but do not fully tighten them.
