With an erasable grease pencil mark the location for installing the Slide ‘N Click® Anchorages

not align with these recommendations contact the nearest Q’Straint® office for further
assistance.

Route an area in the floor for each Floor Anchorage Pocket—1.34” (34mm) diameter and .44” (11mm) Deep
(V)
.
Clean out debris.
20.
Remove Rubber Plug, insert Pocket into floor and use it as template to mark center hole for drilling

Remove Floor Anchorage and drill 3/8” (10mm) hole through floor
(X)
. Clean out debris.
22.
Place sealant inside floor opening and install Floor Anchorage into floor
(Y)
.
23.
Insert the 3/8” (10mm) Bolt through Anchorage and floor
(Z)
.
24.
From underneath vehicle floor, insert Bolt through Backing Plate and Washer
(AA)
.
We recommend using sealant between Backing Plate and floor.
25.
Secure Bolt with Locknut, leaving a minimum of 2-3 threads from Bolt sticking out
(BB)
.
Use a thin wall socket. Recommended torque, 35 FT/LB (47 Nm).
26.
Insert Rubber Plug into Floor Anchorage and push it down firmly onto Bolt head
(CC)
.
27.
Repeat steps 18-25 for the remaining Slide ‘N Click® Floor Anchorage.
Leave a minimum distance of approximately .20” (5.08mm) from Rubber Plug to top of Floor Anchorage (about the
width of a standard pencil eraser)
