Enable and configure DDNS of TS-201:
Before using DDNS service, please register a host name from the DDNS provider*.
TS-201 supports the 5 DDNS providers: members.dyndns.org, update.ods.org,
members.dhs.org, www.dyns.cx, www.3322.org.
Enable Dynamic DNS Service, and select DDNS server. Then enter the user name,
password, and hostname.
* For the information of DDNS service registration, please refer to the website of
the DDNS providers.
Note:
The DDNS function of TS-201 is not applicable when TS-201 is
located behind an NAT router. Since the IP address sent from TS-201 to
DDNS provider is virtual, which cannot be found on the Internet, the user
will not be able to access TS-201. Therefore, when TS-201 is located
behind an NAT, it is recommended to use an NAT router with DDNS
function to perform DDNS function.
