When the calibration process is completed successfully, click 

Finish Calibration

 to accept 

the calibration result. The cartridge is now calibrated.  

Note

: If one or more capillary channels fail, repeat the calibration process and overwrite 

the previous results. If the issue persists, contact QIAGEN Technical Services.
