dispensations
Cross-talk or dispensation errors. Avoid placing
assays with high signals close to assays with low
signals. Check and replace the reagent cartridge,
if necessary.
Light leaking into the instrument. Do not place the
instrument in strong sunlight.
Contact QIAGEN Technical Services for camera
calibration.

a) No contact between
the operator’s
computer and the
PyroMark Q96 ID
Check mains power supply to instrument and
ensure the “Power” light is illuminated.
Check the network cables are properly connected
at the rear of the instrument and the wall outlets.
If contact was broken during a run, a restore of
the run may be necessary.
No match between IP numbers for the instrument
and the operator’s computer or the IP number
conflicts with other equipment on the network.
Contact your system administrator.
b) All lights on the
PyroMark Q96 ID
remain on 5
minutes after it has
been switched on
