Starting the run
Start the run by clicking . The “Run” view becomes active.
The run can be monitored, paused, or stopped in this view.
Note
: The “Start” icon is enabled only if an instrument
connection has been configured, instrument parameters have
been defined for the run file, and at least one well has an
assay.

Monitoring the run
The “Run” view displays the following information regarding
the progress of a run:
Last nucleotide or reagent dispensation to each well
Well-specific information
Instrument-specific information in the Instrument Status
Monitor
A diagram of a 96-well plate displays all wells active in the
run. During the course of the run, each well is colored to
reflect the last reagent (Enzyme Mix or Substrate Mix) or
nucleotide (A, C, G, or T) dispensed to the well. A legend
indicates which reagent corresponds to each color.
Mixer frequency, temperature of the process chamber, and
pressure in the dispensing unit are displayed in real-time in
the “Instrument Status Monitor”.
