5.2 Create a Custom Page Size
For each label size you will need to create a custom page size.
1. In Windows 7, go to Start – Devices and Printers. In Windows 8, press the Windows key to
access the metro screen. Now search for “Printers”. Choose “Devices and Printers” from the list
that appears.
2. Click on “Color Label Press” to select it.
3. Now click “Print server properties”. If print server properties does not appear make sure Color
Label Press is selected.
4. Click on the forms tab.
5. Check the “Create a new form” box.
6. Name your form something descriptive.
7. Enter the Print Width as 8.5” (This value
never changes!).
8. Enter the Height. The height is the Page
Size (Target to Target) measurement from
Section 5.1 minus .185. For example if your
measurement was 12.75”, you would enter
12.57”.
9. Leave all margins at 0.00”
10. Click “Save Form”.
