2.  Press and hold the Display MODE Selector button.

While depressing the Display MODE Selector  button, turn power to 
the feeder ON by using the switch on the bottom of the feeder.

Release the Display MODE Selector button. 

 
 

The PM Time Accumulator is now reset to 0. 

 

B. Total Run Time 

 
Press Display mode selector button a second time to see Total Run Time. 
 
This accumulator has the total run (feed on) hours on the machine since its 
manufacture. This time count cannot be reset. This value is set to 0000 at 
the factory during manufacture and increments for every run hour 
accumulated. Time on the unit is measured in hours and tenths of hours, 
not hours and minutes. This value shows the amount of use and wear that 
unit components experience (such as the motor) that are not subject to 
scheduled or periodic overhaul operations. 
 
Press display select button a third time to return to RPM display mode 
immediately. All displays will automatically return to RPM display mode 
after a time-out period.

Heater Blanket On/Off Switch 

 

Place HEATER switch in ON position to activate canister heater blanket. 
Heater indicator light illuminates when switch is  in ON position. Place 
HEATER switch in OFF position to deactivate canister heater blanket. 

 

 

HIGH TEMPERATURE HAZARD 

 

The heater blanket typically reaches a temperature of approximately 
88°C (190°F), depending on powder type, quantity, and carrier gas 
flow.

Mode Switches 

 

The Model 1264 has two mode switches, PLASMA/HVOF and 
LOCAL/REMOTE. Switches can be used in any combination 
(plasma/local, plasma/remote, HVOF/local, HVOF/remote) depending on 
user needs. The four modes are as follows:
