Remove Pressure Transducer, Blow Water Out and
Leave Transducer in Electrical Panel
Inspect and Clean Enclosures (Interior & Exterior)
Close Pump Station Isolation Valve and
Relieve Pressure

Remove Pressure Switch, Blow Water Out and Leave
Switch in Electrical Panel
Unscrew Solenoid from CW Valve
Remove Lowest Ends of Tubes on Pressure
Relief Valve
Amiad SAF - Remove Tubing from Bottom of
PSID Switch
Amiad SAF - Remove Black Canister from Flush Valve
Filter, Inspect and Clean Filter and Open
Amiad SAF - Remove Lower Tubing from 2” Flush
Valve and Pilot
Amiad SAF - Set Three Way PSID Test Valve to
Half Open
Amiad TAF - Remove Screen Canister and Drain
Amiad TAF - Remove One End of All Tubing & Drain
Set Pump Discharge Valves to the Half Open Position
Drain Pump Columns if Check Valves are on Pumps
Centrifugals - Remove Lower Drain Plug
Visually Inspect System for any Trapped Water
Leave Winterizing Label Near Disconnect saying
“WINTERIZED”, Today’s Date, and “DO NOT OPERATE”
Is a return trip immediately required: YES - NO

Examine, Test Self-Cleaning CW Screen Feed Valves
and Lines
Remove Plug from Manifold and Leave in
Electrical Panel
