Exercise valves.
1. Shut down the pump.
2. Repeatedly close & open each valve.
3. To clean out sediment, open and close the valves while operating the
pump in manual mode set to 20 Hz.
CAUTION: Do not operate the pump with closed isolation valves for extended
periods of time.

Visually inspect all wiring and components in the control panel.
1. Turn OFF the Main Disconnect Switch.
WARNING: If the system is equipped with a remote start relay, external voltage
may be present.
2. Remove the control panel casing.
3. Visually inspect wiring and components. Look for discoloration, detritus
buildup, arcing damage, loose connections, pest damage, or any other kind
of damage.
4. Make corrections as needed. Re-torque all loose connections according to the
torqueing specifications label in the control panel.
5. Replace panel casing and Turn ON the Main Disconnect Switch to resume
normal operations.
Check for Fault Messages:
1. Press the FAULT button on the HMI to access the Fault Log.
2. Determine if any new faults have occurred.
3. Correct any faults. See Troubleshooting Faults—Page Error! Bookmark
