8.6 Fault Monitoring and Control
The Trend Log records and graphically displays
system operational data, such as:
• Discharge Pressure
• Tank Level (Requires Level Transmitter)
• Flow Rate (Requires Flow Sensor/Meter)
• Motor Amperage, Torque, and Frequency
Downloading Trend Data
1. Insert a USB drive into the USB port.
2. In the TREND Screen, press COPY DATA.
3. Press Copy Trend Log to USB.
4. Press Stop USB for removal before removing the USB drive.
The controller will automatically fault (stop the pumps) to protect
people and equipment from harm due to a variety of potential
occurrences, such as high pressure.
Each fault is recorded in the Fault Log, which includes the date
and time that the fault occurred, a fault diagnoses, and controls to
reset the system after a fault has been corrected.
Using the Fault Log
1. Press SELECT to activate navigation bar.
2. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to highlight a specific fault.
3. Once the Fault is highlighted, press DIAGNOSE to view possible
solutions to the fault, or CLEAR to delete the fault from the log.
4. Press DIAGNOSE to view possible solutions to the fault.
5. Press CLEAR to delete the fault from the log.

ENABLED: The pump will only start when it
receives a remote Pump Start signal—it will
then operate automatically to maintain the
pressure setpoint. The pump will enter sleep
mode when demand stops. It will also stop
when it receives a remote Pump Stop signal.
DISABLED: The pump will be operated in
Auto Mode to maintain pressure.
ON: Irrigation control signal is connected.
The irrigation controller can turn the system
On or Off.
OFF: Irrigation control signal is disconnected.
The irrigation controller cannot turn the
system On or Off.
About Remote Mode
Remote mode enables the
system to be started and stopped
remotely via 24VAC relay signal
from an irrigation controller.
About Saved Controller Settings
The station controller can save
current system settings, as well as
load previously saved settings.
Data is stored & can be retrieved
using the USB drive located within the control panel.
About Password Pro
1. Press in the white box next
to PASSWORD.
2. A keypad will appear—use it
to input the new password:
a. ENT – accepts the value.
b. CLR – clears numbers on display.
c. CAN – return to previous screen.
3. Press PUSH TO ENABLE.
