Chapter 6 Troubleshooting
6-1.Fault alarm and countermeasures
PI160 series frequency inverter will stop output to protect the motor once fault happens when
the inverter system is running . When the frequency inverter is in fault , relay contact will start ,
and the fault code will be displayed on the display panel of the inverter. The corresponding fault
type and common solutions of fault code can be found in the table below. The listed items in the
table are for your reference only, please don’t repair or transform the inverter without authorization.
If faults cannot be solved, please contact the agents or manufacturer to seek for technical support .
