• Fit the steering wheel cap into the centre of
the steering wheel.
• Insert two #8 x 2,5 cm screws, as shown.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screw-
driver. Do not over-tighten.

• Fixer la garniture du volant au centre de
celui-ci.
• Insérer deux vis n° 8 de 2,5 cm,
comme illustré.
• Serrer les vis à l’aide d’un tournevis
cruciforme. Ne pas trop serrer.

• Ajustar la tapa del volante en el centro
del volante.
• Introducir dos tornillos No. 8 x 2,5 cm tal
como se muestra.
• Ajustar los tornillos con un desarmador de
cruz, sin apretar en exceso.

• Turn the vehicle upright.
• Position the steering wheel so that the
spokes form a
“Y”
as shown. The tab on the
steering wheel stem should face up.
• Fit the steering wheel onto the
steering column.
• Fit a cap nut onto the end of the
steering column.
• Tap the cap nut with a hammer to secure it
on the steering column.
Hint:
You may want the help of another
person to support the steering column while
you tap the cap nut with the hammer.

• Remettre le véhicule à l’endroit.
• Placer le volant de façon que les rayons
forment un
Y
, comme illustré. La patte de
la tige du volant doit être sur le dessus.
• Placer le volant sur la colonne de direction.
• Fixer un écrou borgne à l’extrémité de la
colonne de direction.
• Frapper l’écrou borgne avec un marteau
pour le fixer solidement à la colonne
de direction.
Remarque :
L’aide d’une autre personne
pourrait être nécessaire pour tenir la colonne
de direction au moment de frapper l’écrou
borgne avec un marteau.

• Colocar la carrocería en posición vertical.
• Colocar el volante, de manera que las
divisiones formen una
“Y”
como se
muestra. La lengüeta de la barra del
volante debe apuntar hacia arriba.
• Encajar el volante en la columna de mando.
• Ajustar una tuerca ciega en el extremo de
la columna de mando.
• Golpear la tuerca ciega con un martillo para
fijarla en la columna de mando.
Consejo:
Se recomienda que busque la
ayuda de otra persona para sujetar la
columna de mando mientras golpea la
tuerca ciega con un martillo.

• Fit the wide notch in the side of a headlight
lens under the wide tab on a lens guard.
• Press firmly on the inside of the headlight
lens to snap it into the lens guard.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble the
other headlight lens to the remaining
lens guard.

• Positionner l’encoche large du côté d’un des
phares sous la patte large d’une des grilles
de protection.
• Appuyer fermement sur l’intérieur du phare
pour l’emboîter dans la grille de protection.
• Répéter ce procédé pour assembler l’autre
phare avec l’autre grille de protection.

• Encajar la muesca ancha en el costado de
un lente de faro debajo de la lengüeta
ancha de una cubierta de lente.
• Presionar con firmeza en el interior del
lente del faro para encajarlo en la cubierta
del lente.
• Repetir este procedimiento para montar
el otro lente del faro en la otra cubierta
de lente.

• Fit the lens tabs on the back of a lens
assembly into the headlight slots in the grille.
• Press firmly to snap the lens assembly into
the grille.
• Repeat this procedure to snap the other lens
assembly into the grille.

• Insérer les pattes situées à l’arrière du phare
assemblé dans les fentes prévues à cet effet
dans la calandre.
• Appuyer fermement pour emboîter le phare
dans la calandre.
• Répéter ce procédé pour l’autre phare.

seguro de cofre en la carrocería.
