Solution
GPS is configured for NMEA 0183, but the
system is not receiving GPS data.
1.
Check if the GPS is configured for the
COM port to which the GPS antenna
is connected.
2.
Check if the same COM port is al-
ready used for another function.
The device is connected to a router via
ethernet but no Internet connection is es-
tablished.
Check the IP address to see if the router and
terminal are in the same network, or switch
to DHCP if necessary.
The error memory continues to fill. How can
I delete this?
The error memory is protected and can only
be deleted by a service technician. If the de-
vice repeatedly reports errors, please con-
tact your support team.
