3.3.6.5 AUX Alarms

Selecting the AUX Alarms tab under Provisioning allows external alarm
provisioning of the system.  These parameters determine how the AUX1 and
AUX2 input pins on the Positron units react.  Note that the alarm input pins are
Normally Open (NO).
