Technical change: DAILY/WEEKLY FUEL BINS ARE EQUIPPED WITH AUTOMATIC FEEDING
Properties achieved:
Assurance of automatic replenishment of daily/weekly fuel bin from the seasonal fuel storage room, depending on the
time adjustment and emptying of the daily/weekly fuel bin.
The automatic feeding system is an independent part of the heating system assembly - supplied upon
a special order.
The following has been added to the electric equipment of the boiler:
NOTHING.
Mechanical arrangement:
The automatic feeding system is composed of the optical barrier, time switch and circuit breaker - placed in the electric
distribution box mounted on the front side of the daily / weekly fuel bin with an independent electric power supply and
electric connection to the drive of the feeding screw P 0.

Description of operation:
The automatic system controls replenishment of daily / weekly fuel bin from the seasonal fuel storage room, depending
on the time adjustment and emptying of the daily/weekly fuel bin.
It is possible to select on the time switch 1 – 48 half-house cycles a day arbitrarily arranged - i.e. the time when it is
necessary and desirable to replenish the daily / weekly fuel bin (recommended intervals are in daily hours in the
minimum duration of 1 cycle / 15 kW of the power output of the boiler).
Overfilling of the daily / weekly fuel bin is prevented by the optical barrier which turns off the fuel bin replenishment
after the fuel bin has been replenished to the level adjusted by the optical barrier placement.
