3X.5.2, Set ASC Limits
This procedure is used to set the ASC Limits. These limits are configurable
for each sensor mode. Use the “ASC CONTROL“ menu to enable the ASC
function.
1. Press the SETUP key to enter the Setup
Menus. The SELECT MENU screen will be
displayed.
2. Use the ARROW keys to scroll until CUSTOM
is displayed on line 4.
3. Press the ENTER key to enter the Custom
Menus. The ASC CONTROL menu will be
displayed.
4. Use the ARROW keys to scroll until SET ASC
LIMITS is displayed on line 3. The current ASC
Limit values are displayed on line 4.
5. If necessary, press the SENSOR key to select
the desired sensor mode.
6. Press the ENTER key to enter the SET ASC
LIMITS menu. The negative ASC Limit value
will begin flashing.
7. Use the ARROW keys to adjust the negative
ASC limit value, if desired. Press both ARROW
keys simultaniously to reset the negative ASC
value to the default (-90%), if desired.
8. Press the ENTER key to switch to the positive
ASC limit value, or press the MANUAL key to
abort the procedure. If the MANUAL key is
pressed, any changes to the ASC Limit values
will be discarded and the system will exit the
setup menus, and return to the Operator Level.
9. If the ENTER key was pressed in step 8, use
the ARROW keys to adjust the positive ASC
limit value, if desired. Press both ARROW keys
simultaniously to reset the positive ASC value
to the default (+90%), if desired.
