, so you can
automatically reply to emails received by the Server. This function is especially useful for
those who are outside of the Server, on a vacation, or unable to reply e-mails
immediately.
Auto Reply
allows the Server to send replies automatically to all incoming emails and
inform the senders on your receipts of their emails when you cannot reply the emails.
All emails will be kept in your mailbox and you can read them after you return. You can
create a personal message to notify senders to know that you are not around.
Click
Enable Auto Reply
and enter the subject as well as the contents of your auto reply
email. The Server will then send the reply email to all correspondents while you are not
in the office. After
Auto Reply
feature is enabled, the Server will send the auto-reply
email to each sender only once no matter how many emails the same sender has sent
repeatedly.
