to
create a number of new user accounts in batch at one time in the Server. The numbering
of user accounts will be created by the system sequentially.
Prefix:
Specify the prefix of the batched user accounts. For example, to create a user
account batch ranging from ABC_D2 to ABC_D36, please enter ABC_D in this field.
Range:
Specify the numbering range of the batched user accounts. For example, enter 2
in the first field and 36 in the second field to create a user account batch ranging from
ABC_D2 to ABC_D36. If you check
Fill with zero
option, the generated numbers will
be filled with “0” to keep all user accounts in the same character length. Using the
instance above, the created users accounts will be ranged from ABC_D02 to ABC_D36.
Note that the account ABC_D2 has been changed to ABC_D02. The “0” is appended to
keep the account’s character in the same length as ABC_D36.
Password:
Enter the user’s password. Check
Random password
check box to
randomly generate the user’s password.
User Group:
Select one user group from the drop-down menu and the user group needs
to be created in advance. Refer to the
Internal User Group
section for details.
Allowed Disk Space:
Enter the maximum disk space allowed for the user. Enter
0
if no
limitation is set on the allowed disk space.
Valid Days:
Enter the valid duration of the user account. After a specified valid time is
expired, the user can’t log in the Server. Enter
0
if no limitation is set on the validity
