This function is especially useful for workers who are always outside of the office, and
need to view emails from a remote PC. They only need to open a web browser to view all
web mails saved on different ISP mailboxes.
For example, if you have another mailbox: [email protected] , enter

(check the actual settings with your ISP) in the
POP3
Server
field,

field, and the password to receive mails in the

, and the
system will check if your settings are correct. It takes about
10-20
seconds to create a
new account. You are allowed to enter a maximum of five external email addresses as
the email fetching addresses.
Select the
fetching interval
from the drop-down list and you can change the frequency
of the Server to retrieve emails from the external mail servers. Click
OK
to confirm the
settings.

addresses. This function allows you to automatically forward emails sent to your server
email account to the other external email accounts.
This function is especially useful for salesmen who constantly need to forward emails to
assistants or for those busy workers who often need to bring their office work back to the
home to keep up with the tight schedule. Check

to backup
all forwarded emails at the Server, and the original recipients of the mails will be able to
receive the mails.
Enter the email address and click
Add
to add the email accounts; you can enter a
maximum of five external email addresses.
