4.3. Measurement Procedure
4.3.1. General Information
The IT-081 offers five following measurement modes:
a) measurement of signal level in the frequency point and of TV signal
parameters, as well as measuring alternating and direct voltage at the input
of the Meter in
Level
measurement mode;
b) signal spectrum measurement in
Spectrum
mode;
c) TV signal parameter measurement in
Scan
mode;
d) TV signal level tilt measurement in
Tilt
mode;
e) TV signal level ripple measurement in
Ripple
mode.
The c), d) and e) modes refer to
Scan
measurement group. Pressing and
arrows in the main menu (figure 4.2), move the icon of the required mode at the bottom of
the screen. The icons correspond to the modes as follows:

channels
title, and in this case the channel modulation type is determined automatically.
In other case, all the channel parameters are taken from the selected channel plan.
The lower left part of the panel shows the current mode settings and TV signal
parameters. The name of the channel and its number are represented successively in the
right part of this panel.
In the panel of functional keys,
F1
key opens the settings menu,
F2
key is for
activating the additional auxiliary functions,
