Press down until the board is firmly seated.

Secure the board with the screw for the backplate.

Replace the cover.

Turn on your workstation, and boot up with
the
-r
option.
To install multiple boards
Repeat the process described in “Installing the Md2/PCI Board”
on page 69.
Remember these tips when you are installing multiple boards:
• You can install as many Md2/PCI boards as your computer’s
power supply and available PCI slots can support.
• Each board requires less than 3 amps of +5V.
You can install different DOME boards in the same computer.
For example, you can install one Md2/PCI and one Md4/PCI
board in your Sun PCI workstation.
