2
Press the
N
OISE button with the RELEASE FX lever set to the fully tilted position.
The A/D conversion value that is obtained at the time when the

The RELEASE FX indicator LED 1 starts flashing at intervals of 500 ms to indicate that the minimum value adjustment has
started.
3
Slowly move the RELEASE FX lever to the upright position then press the
N
OISE button.
The A/D conversion value that is obtained at the time when the
N
OISE button is pressed is determined as the lever
minimum

4
Each time the lever minimum or maximum value is determined in Steps 2 and 3, the HPF ECHO, CRUSH ECHO, and
RE
V
ERB DO
WN
buttons light to indicate that those values can be stored in nonvolatile memory.
Simultaneously press the HPF ECHO, CRUSH ECHO, and RE

buttons and
the RELEASE FX indicator LEDs 1–3 flash at intervals of 250 ms.

Details on Calibration mode
Notes on Calibration mode
• The RELEASE FX lever minimum and maximum values cannot be stored in nonvolatile memory unless those data are
determined.
(Data writing to nonvolatile memory cannot be performed with the HPF ECHO, CRUSH ECHO, and RE
V
ERB DO
WN
buttons
unlit.)
• If neither of the lever maximum nor minimum value is determined within 30 seconds after Calibration Start mode is entered,
"Err" will be displayed on the 7-segment indicator and Calibration Start mode is canceled.
Special instructions
• In a normal startup, if there is no history of lever adjustment, the RELEASE FX indicator LEDs 1–3 flash at intervals of
250 ms to notify users that no lever adjustment has been performed.
(However, if the lever was replaced after adjustment, this unit cannot recognize it and behaves as if adjustment had been
performed.)
• In a normal startup before lever adjustment has been made, the RELEASE FX lever is disabled at all positions to notify that
no lever adjustment has been performed yet.
• If the A/D conversion values obtained during adjustment are substantially out of range of the specifications, when you
attempt to store such data in nonvolatile memory by simultaneously pressing the HPF ECHO, CRUSH ECHO, and
RE
V
ERB DO
WN
buttons, "Err" is indicated on the 7-segment indicator and the RELEASE FX indicator LEDs 1–3 and the
SCE
N
E FX indicator will flash in red at intervals of 250 ms to notify that the obtained data are erroneous.
• Lever Adjustment mode is provided for compensating for variations in individual levers that are mounted in the units.
This mode cannot change lever's curve characteristics.
• If "Err" is displayed, lever adjustment can be performed again by turning the unit off then back on again.
• Before or after calibration, you can confirm the stored adjustment data by pressing the AUTO button.
In Confirmation mode, which is established by pressing the AUTO button, the button is lit.
