Mode 9: "DEV" for device test

•  This mode is for displaying the device information for confirmation.

 

W

hen this mode is entered, “dE

V

” is displayed on the 7-segment indicator.

•  This mode consists of 6 modes for indicating information on SDRAM1 (SH), SDRAM2 (DSP), SDRAM3 (DSP), SD card, 

  muting circuit, and SUB UCOM (K0R UCOM) clock.

  These 6 modes can be switched, using the 

N

UDGE + or – button.

 

W

hen modes are switched, the current device name is indicated on the 7-segment indicator.

 

W

hen this mode is entered, the SDRAM1 Information Display mode is automatically entered.

This mode is for confirming that SDRAM operates properly.

To start an SDRAM test, after entering this mode, press the HOLD button.

An SDRAM test performs writing to/reading from all areas of SDRAM to check if it can treat data properly.

W

hen data writing/reading can be properly performed, it is considered that these functions operate properly.

If it cannot be properly performed, SDRAM, SH UCOM, or DSP may be in failure.

SDRAM Test  Mode

List of SDRAM information indications

This mode is for confirming that the SD card operates properly.

To start an SD card test, after entering this mode, press the HOLD button.

An SD card test performs writing to/reading from the SD card to check if it can treat data properly.

W

hen data writing/reading can be properly performed, it is considered that SD card operates properly.

If it cannot be properly performed, the SD card may be defective or SH UCOM may be in failure.

After this test is performed, an "RMX_TEST.txt" file is created in the root directory of the SD card.
