5.6.3 MODE 5 - submode 2 (Default Mode C )
1. Place 500 discs into the five storage magazines
in disc addresses
1 to 500. Each Magazine holds 100 discs.
2. Press MD+ to #5 to enter Aging Mode.

3. Press SM+ or SM- to #2 to enter Submode 2.

4. Press the S4 button
to begin Aging Mode Test in Mode C.
The discs are always returned to their original address in this mode.
To stop this operation before it is completed, press S4 for 3 seconds or
more. The changer will stop after completing its current cycle and the
green LED will flash.
5.6.4 MODE 5 - submode 3 (Set Time to run Mode B test)
Aging time of Mode B can be set by selecting submode 3. Hours can be
set by pressing S1, S2 and S3. If set to 0, only 1 cycle will be complet-
ed. Maximum time is 599 hours. Use the MD+ Button to set Mode 5;
Use SM+ or SM- to set submode 3. See

5.6.5 MODE 5 - submode 4 (Set Number of Cycles for Mode A test)
The number of cycles run in Mode A can be set by selecting submode
4. Cycles can be set by using the S1 and S2 and S3 buttons. If set to
0, only 1 cycle is completed. Maximum number of cycles is 599. See
Figure 5-16

Figure 5-20 B.
5.6.6 MODE 5 - submode 5 (Set Start Position)
All aging operations are started from the top magazine. In submode
5, the starting disc position can be changed by setting an offset num-
ber. It can be set from 0 to 249 by using S1, S2 and S3. The offset
number corresponds to the number of unused discs in the left side of
the magazine. When aging is started from the first disc in the third
disc magazine from the top, the offset number is 100. See
Figure
5-20 C.
5.6.7 MODE 5 - submode 6 (Disc Return)
In submode 6, when S4 is pressed. All clampers are released, then a
disc is returned to its original address and the disc table is opened.
