– If both enabling switches are in the centre position and one of the enabling switches
is fully depressed (change to panic position), then the robot movement will come to a
controlled stop (SS1).
NOTICE
In one of the manual operating modes, if the enable has been continuously
present (enabling device in centre position) for longer than 15 minutes, then
the motion enable is automatically reset. For motion to be re-enabled, the
enabling device must be released (zero position) and re-operated (centre
position).
NOTICE
If the operating mode is changed while the enabling switch is in the centre
position, the robot movement will come to a controlled stop (SS1). For mo-
tion to be re-enabled, the enabling device must be released (zero position)
and re-operated (centre position).
Panic position (enabling switch fully depressed)
If the enabling switch is fully depressed while the axes are being moved manually, the robot
movement will come to a controlled stop (SS1). If the operating mode "Manual high-speed"
is activated, then the speed will also be reset to the initial speed of maximum 250 mm/s.
NOTICE
If the panic position has been triggered, the enabling device must be re-
leased (zero position) and re-operated (centre position) for motion to be re-
enabled. It is not enough to change from the panic position to the centre po-
sition.
