DELAY MODE

II PROTECTION:
This allows adjusting the actuation point of the protection circuit.
You can select any actuation point, 1 to 5, of the protection circuit when the Protection
SW on the camera head is placed in the ON1 (MODE1) position.
The actuation point of the protection circuit can be set to any of the five steps, 1 to 5,
when Protection SW is in the ON1 (MODE1) position. Setting the maximum allowable
amount of light falling on the entrance window of the intensifier to 100 %, the
PROTECTION step 1 denotes 20 % of the maximum light amount; 2 40 %; 3 60 %; 4
80 % and 5 100 %. The actuation point that is currently selected is displayed on the
monitor for confirmation as is the case with other II settings.
Note: When you are going to set gating and delay in the GATE or DELAY mode, first
set the camera shutter back to 1/ (frame rate). Otherwise, image is not captured,
displayed or recorded because, if the intensifier is gated at the timing preset in the
GATING/DELAY mode, the gate is opened at the moment the image sensor is not
in exposure period because the shutter function is out of synchronization with
gating.
Note: When you turn on the intensifier into operational status, in order to protect the
intensifier from being burnt, follow the below procedure:
1. Connect the AC power adapter.
2. Switch the camera on.
