chapter 4.1.2). Otherwise the entered value is valid.

The list of slaves with peripheral faults contains one set bit for each slave that re-
ports a peripheral fault. If at least one slave has a peripheral fault the AS-i/INTER-
BUS gateway reports a peripheral fault via the status words to the INTERBUS
master.
