Connecting switching outputs

Digital switching outputs:
The modem has two digital switching outputs.
–
DO switching output, digital (24 V, open)
–
DIO switching output, digital (24 V, open)
You can set the switching outputs via the PSI-CONF configuration software.

Default settings

Connect the cable to the corresponding screw terminal block.
In order for the switching outputs (DO/DIO) to function, the modem must be supplied with
voltage via the COMBICON plug-in connectors. This is not possible when voltage is sup-
plied via USB or the DIN rail connector.
DSL A
DO = "24 V"
Good to very good connection
DO = "open"
No or only moderately good connection
DSL B
DIO = "24 V"
Good to very good connection
DIO = "open"
No or only moderately good connection

If outputs are used, you must connect a minimum load of 20 k
