Once your brailler is received, a repair technician will examine your
machine, identify problems, and make necessary repairs. We
understand a broken machine is an inconvenience and will repair and
return your brailler as soon as possible.
Refurbishment and Recycling of the brailler
When the SMART Brailler™ has reached the end of its useful life for
you, please contact Perkins Products for a recommendation on the
future of the device. Do not dispose of the brailler in regular refuse
collection as the device can likely be refurbished and older
components recycled.
