Instructions for Assembly and Use – Standard Configuration

Stacking:

2 loaded pallets, one on top of the other.

Loading sequence

1. Open locking mechanism on the pal-

let frame.

2. Slide in one handrail unit and close 

locking mechanism.

3. Slide in additional handrail units. 

Handrail units lock automatically 
above the red bars.

4. Secure handrail units on the front side 

against sliding out. Insert retaining bar 
and lock in place.

Due to the powder coating, cleaning 
 requirements are kept to a minimum. 
Panels and main beams are equipped 
with self-draining edges. They prevent 
the side areas from getting dirty and 
make cleaning easier.
