3224/6081RC configuration
To enter an IP address pool do the following:
1. Click on the Global link at the top of the page.
2. Enter the IP address pool information in
IP Options, IP Address Pool
window,
3. Use IP Address 192.168.254 in this example. The 3224/6081RC will grab two consecutive addresses
beginning at 192.168.254.0 from this pool for each PPP channel connection, one for the local PPP inter-
face and one for the remote PPP interface.
4. Leave all other settings for PPP, BCP, LCP and IPCP in this page in their default states.
5. Click on the
Submit
button.

The PPP configuration page matches PPP channels to G.SHDSL transports (ports) or H.110 ports; the Model
3224 assigns only one PPP channel per DSL connection (transport). For instance PPP Channel 1 will corre-
spond to G.SHDSL port
